We manage the entire project lifecycle with competence and attention to detail.
Site Identification and Evaluation
- Research and acquisition of suitable land for plant installation (for example, marginal agricultural land or former industrial areas).
- Technical and environmental feasibility analysis, evaluating solar radiation, climatic conditions, topography, and site accessibility.
- Economic analysis to ensure the financial sustainability of the project.
Design and Engineering
- Preliminary and final design of the plant, including the layout of photovoltaic panels, electrical infrastructures, and grid connection systems.
- Energy production simulations to estimate the annual yield.
- Selection of technologies, such as photovoltaic panels, inverters, and storage systems (if applicable).
- Design of plant connection schemes:
- PTO design (user works and high and medium voltage network works)
Administrative/asset consultancy
- Preliminary: Land registry and asset analysis, mortgage and cadastral analysis; drafting contracts and related administrative package;
- Executive: Administrative Due Diligence / Internal Projects
- Advising: Administrative Due Diligence / External Projects
Authorization Process Management
- Permits and authorizations: Management of the procedures required to obtain environmental, urban planning, and landscape authorizations
- Engagement with local authorities and communities to ensure the social and political acceptability of the project.
- Environmental impact assessment (EIA) and regulatory compliance.
- Single Environmental Procedure (PUA)
- Definition of SIA contents
- Single Authorization
- Incidence Assessment (VINCA)
- Verification of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Applicability
- Compliance Verification
Financial Research and Management
- Identification of investors or financial partners to support the costs of development, construction, and management.
- Preparation of detailed business plans and financial models to attract investments.
Project Construction and Management (EPC Management)
- Supervision of construction activities: Excavation, panel installation, and electrical infrastructure setup.
- Monitoring of timelines, costs, and work quality.
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
Grid Connection and Commissioning
- Management of the plant’s connection to the electrical grid (high or medium voltage).
- Testing and verification of plant performance.
Operations and Maintenance (O\&M) Management
- Continuous monitoring of energy production through remote management systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance, such as panel cleaning and replacement of damaged components.
- Performance analysis to optimize production and minimize costs.
- O&M Supervision: A service aimed at ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants to maximize their efficiency and lifespan. This service includes continuous monitoring, preventive maintenance, rapid response to incidents, and management of all operation and maintenance processes.
Agricultural Management and Agrivoltaic Monitoring (O\&M)
- Agronomic Design and Development: Preliminary analysis of the agricultural site (soil science, microclimate, irrigation), agronomic feasibility study for photovoltaic-agriculture integration, selection of crops compatible with the agrivoltaic structure, definition of agronomic layouts in relation to the arrangement of PV modules.
- Agronomic and Environmental Reporting: Preparation of periodic agronomic reports, analysis of crop yields and comparison with regional benchmarks, verification of compliance with environmental requirements and good agricultural practices, reports for certifications, ESG audits, and regulatory compliance;
- Integration with PV Systems: Collaboration with engineering to reduce the impact of structures on agricultural production, study of the synergistic coexistence between energy and agricultural production, support for design to facilitate farming operations (access, irrigation, handling).
